German international broadcaster Deutsche Welle or in short, DW broadcasts worldwide in over 30 languages. From channels in English and German to Hindi, Spanish, and Arabic, they bring the news and current affairs from Germany and around the globe.
To introduce more people to Deutsche Welle’s top stories and subscriptions during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, I was commissioned to create four social media videos for DW’s Made for Minds social media ad campaign, repurposing and optimising existing DW material for mobile screens.
After producing the edits, the assets performed very well and better than previous DW advertisements.
